My Company has got about 1200 people who work there, but unfortunately many of them can become unemployed. In my oppinion, the company started to grow very quickly after many important changes in our society. I take part in the quality control from farms to the Dairy, in rural parts of our country. I check up on our farmers, give them advice how to take care of cattle, how to produce much better quality of milk, and I am responsible for development of farms and making business much more profitable.

Sometimes, my job is very stressful and difficult, but sometimes I enjoy it, which helps me survive between all these awkward situations, problems and people who do not like me and my company.

As a consultant for economic relations in the Regional Chamber of Economy of Valjevo, I am responsible to the Managing Board and Secretary.

My main focus is on monitoring and analysing foreign trade, economic policies and conditions in the business sector. Another important part of my job is dealing with members, giving information and consulting services. In fact, promotion of regional economy abroad through fairs, exibitions, business meetings is the third important part of my job.

At present, I am dealing with specific questions, and I am working on projects such as styding the process of trade liberalizations, preparing the National Exibition Serbia 05 in Moscow, Partners-Eurochambers initiative, Customs Law seminar, preparing for public issuing of certificates and attesting the documents in export/import activities.

First of all, I find satisfaction, challenge and fulfulment in my job. Furthermore, it provides opportunities of continuing training, business travel, and concrete help for members. These advantages offset to a large extent unmeasurable results of Chamber services, impossibility to satisfy all interests of its members and longer working time on the other hand.

Then become the next Boards: Board for Economic Foreign Relations, Board for Quality and Environmental, Board for Science and Technology innovations. There are Counsellors too as: Counsellor for education, Counselor for Management, Councelor for Continuously Presenting a Potentials of Kolubara, Mačva, Podrinje Region. I am working as secretary of Association for chemical, wood and textile, grafic, metal and electric industry and my task is to identify a main activities and problems in industries companies, trying to help them to find them a way for solving problems. As often as the members considering to need themselves we appoinment a meetings by aim bringing some conclusions which the Chamber sent to Serbians Goverment and authorities Ministries. Beside of my current activities I had worked on one very interesting project named : "Clean Technology Consortium-Partnership for Growth"and my Chamber try to getting finance from EU funds (EAR) based on him.
